Our goal is simple: We aim to give you the tools needed for informed mortgage research, and then to provide exceptional advice and a seamless experience when borrowing decisions are ready to be made.
Canadian borrowers are increasingly wanting to research mortgage options before turning to a professional. The best rates can generally be found online but, unfortunately, so can the least experienced agents and brokers - and bad advice can be expensive. Because of this, when building the site we decided that our expertise (more on that here) will always be marketed as loudly as our great rates. We understand that clients wants great terms, but not at the expense of integrity or accountability.
You'll find many great resources on this site, including calculators, commonly needed downloadable forms, and checklists - We encourage you to explore them. On top of this, we endeavor to keep our mortgage rates as up-to-date as possible; if you'd like to ask qualification questions on any of them we'd be happy to oblige. Registration on this site will allow you to further access individual rate details, as well as save rates you're interested in and get automatically informed when they change. We've also broken down some common mortgage scenarios and associated strategies that we hope you'll find informative.
Finally, as always, please never hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about our offerings, the market, or our services - You'll be glad you did!
